Who we are and what we do

Paul Gabriel and Rowland Lythcott established Boxco2 Consultants in December 2008. Prior to starting Boxco2, Paul and Rowland worked together at both Gap and Gucci Group. Their work inside major retail organisations has given them a full understanding of a client’s priorities, needs and expectations.

We provide architectural, project management and cost control services.

Boxco2 are driven by a passion to provide a level and quality of service that exceeds our clients’ expectations. We offer services specific to each project that will deliver the required result.

We focus on retail clients developing their brand within and outside the UK. We service clients opening a single shop and clients with a roll-out programme. We grow organically as word spreads of our abilities and service commitment.

We have completed over 25 projects for The Kooples, added major retailers to our portfolio and continue to find exciting opportunities.

We have worked with international retailers opening their first shop(s) in the UK. These brands include among others The Kooples, DoDo, Eres, Corthay, Tara Jarmon, Rag & Bone and most recently Breitling.

We have completed projects for Calvin Klein in Spain and are working with Chloé on their international expansion. We have an on-going commitment from Agent Provocateur to support their development plans and have completed projects in Rome, Barcelona, Antwerp and Berlin.

We work with our clients’ design concepts to respect their aesthetic. This involves extensive communication with their in-house Architectural Departments and/or their external concept designers. We resolve issues related to local governmental approvals and obtain all necessary approvals.

All our projects have fully vested involvement by one or both of the founding partners.
